Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your Itzy Ritzy gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unused items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a similar mailer, and securely attach the prepaid label.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
